Based on Art. 1 of the Liechtenstein Data Protection Act DSG (dated 4 October 2018) everyone has the right to the protection of the personality and fundamental rights of natural persons when processing their personal data. Kreativ Akademie takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

In cooperation with our hosting providers, we make every effort to protect the databases as well as possible from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or falsification.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

By using this website, you agree to the collection, processing, and use of data in accordance with the following description. This website can be visited without registration. Data such as pages called up or the name of the file called up, date, and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes without these data being directly related to your person. Personal data, in particular name, address, or e-mail address are collected on a voluntary basis as far as possible. The data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Your data and the protection it requires are important to us. We only process those data about you that are necessary. We do this with due diligence, not least to protect you from possible misuse.

With this data protection declaration, we give you an overview of the processing of your data and the rights to which you are entitled in accordance with the provisions of the Basic Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “DSGVO”) and the Liechtenstein Data Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as “DSG”).

1.1 Provision of the website

Whenever our website is called up, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer.

The following data is collected:

Internet site of origin (referrer URL) We store this information in accordance with the legal regulations. The Kreativ Akademie uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). 1.2 Cookies

We use cookies on our website to make our offer user-friendly. Fill out a contact form or send us an e-mail. We will only store your data for the purpose of processing your inquiry or correspondence and will only use it within the scope of the inquiry. The legal basis for the processing of your inquiry is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c or lit. e DSGVO.

1.4 Social plugins (e.g. Facebook, etc.)

Our internet pages do not use social plugins from Facebook, i.e. no information is passed on to the provider Facebook when you visit our website. However, you can share content on your own Facebook profiles via our website by calling up links from Facebook.

You will then leave our website and be directed to the websites and functions of the respective provider. You can find out what information they collect about you in the privacy policy of the respective provider.

1.5 Plugins and Tools

Google Maps and Google Custom Search This site uses the map service Google Maps as well as the website search Custom Search via an API. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To use the functions of Google Maps and Custom Search it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

The use of Google Maps and Custom Search is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and easy findability of the locations and further information provided by us on the website. This represents a legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Data security

We use the common SHA-256 with RSA encryption method within the website visit in combination with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the address bar of your browser.

In addition, we apply further suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
